No AI fee. Buy the AI work you need, starting at $550 a month per project.
Bought up front, each month.
Choose the monthly amount for each project with AI on, from $550. The project’s value recommends one.
Use it or lose it.
The monthly credits reset each month. What a project does not use does not carry over.
Top-ups roll over.
Buy more at any time, from $50 to $5,000. Top-ups never expire, and the monthly credits are spent first.
At zero, the AI pauses.
Everything else keeps working: the drawings, the registers, Ledger and the rest of the record. Top up, or wait for the next month.

What is free?
Struxen Core, the project management: drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, schedule, daily logs, punch, meetings, inspections and photos. Unlimited projects and unlimited users, with nothing to pay to start.
What do I pay for?
Only the lines you turn on, per project, per month: Ledger at $300, AI credits from $550, VANTAGE at $250 and ACx at $75. A project with none of them on is free.
Is there an AI fee?
No. To turn the AI on for a project, you buy AI credits for it up front each month, starting at $550. That is the whole price of the AI work. VANTAGE is a separate $250 add-on that runs on those credits.
Where is the constructability review?
In VANTAGE. It checks across disciplines, writes findings that cite their sheets and builds the project in 3D from the drawings. It runs on the project’s AI credits, so a project with VANTAGE starts at $800 a month: AI credits from $550 plus VANTAGE at $250.
How much AI credit does a project need?
The project’s value recommends a monthly amount, and the calculator above shows it. $550 is the minimum for any project, and you can choose more than the recommendation.
What happens to credits a project does not use?
The monthly credits reset each month, so what a project does not use is gone. Top-ups are different: they roll over and never expire.
What happens when the AI credits run out?
The AI pauses on that project, including AI document processing. Everything else keeps working: reading, uploading, the registers, Ledger and every record action that is not AI. Top up, or wait for the next month’s credits.
Why buy monthly credits instead of top-ups?
The monthly credits buy more AI work per dollar. A dollar of top-up buys less, because top-ups never expire.
Why does VANTAGE need AI credits?
VANTAGE runs the constructability review and the 3D build with AI, so it runs on the project’s AI credits. It is only available on a project with AI credits on, and turning AI credits off turns VANTAGE off.
Can a commissioning firm use ACx on its own?
Yes. ACx is $75 per project per month on top of free project management, with no other line required. Its AI features need AI credits on the project.
Are there seats or user fees?
No. Every project has unlimited users. Pricing is never tied to headcount.
Is there a contract?
No annual contract. Billing is month to month.
What about projects over $100M?
Projects over $100M, portfolio rollups, SSO and volume terms are priced with sales.
