So Struxen is assembling the Guild, a community of working builders: superintendents, project managers, estimators, and trade foremen who teach the platform what they know. Think of it like crowdsourcing, except what gets pooled is construction knowledge that exists nowhere else. Every lesson an advisor contributes makes the agents sharper for everyone who builds.

And advisors are not volunteers. Guild contributors earn royalties when the knowledge they teach catches a real problem, and Partners, the vetted core, hold equity in Struxen. Either way it is a real stake, and a seat at the AI table for the people who built the industry. If you have spent a career earning that knowledge, this is how it outlives the jobsite.
