You built the industry. Now get paid for what you know.
The knowledge it takes to actually build was never written down; it lives in the people who do the work. The Struxen Guild is where builders put that knowledge into the platform and earn from it.
Crowdsourced knowledge that exists nowhere else.
Every model can read what was published. None of them know what it takes to actually build, because that knowledge was never written down. It lives with superintendents, project managers, estimators, and trade foremen, and every year more of it walks off the job for good.
The Guild changes that. Think of it like crowdsourcing, except what gets pooled is construction knowledge that exists nowhere else. Every lesson a builder contributes makes the agents sharper on every project they review, for every builder who uses them.
One line we never blur: this knowledge is contributed on purpose, under each contributor’s agreement, to train the agents for everyone. Customer project data is the opposite. It stays private to the customer and never trains shared models.
One way in. One way up.
Everyone comes in the same door: the Guild. What gets you in is experience, not a buy-in, not a degree, not the school you went to. What counts is the years you have spent actually building, on real jobs. The Guild members whose knowledge proves most valuable are invited to become Partners.

The Guild
Open to any builder. Contribute the lessons you have earned in the field, and get paid in royalties every time your knowledge catches a real problem on a real job.
By invitation · Equity
Partners
Select Guild members are invited to become Partners. They review and approve what enters the platform, help guide what it learns, and hold equity in Struxen.
There is no application to become a Partner. You earn the invitation by what you contribute as a Guild member.
Teach it once. Get paid every time it works.
The Guild is how any builder contributes, and there is no paperwork. You just talk to Stone, and Stone does the rest.
Bring a lesson to Stone.
Tell Stone something you know: a failure you have watched happen a dozen times, a detail that gets missed on every job, a rule of thumb that keeps work out of trouble. Stone is an AI built to listen like a foreman who has seen it all.
Stone writes it up.
Stone turns your story into a clean, structured lesson and submits it for review. You never touch a form. Talking is the whole job.
A Partner approves it.
A Partner in your trade reviews the lesson and signs off. Nothing enters the platform until a real builder approves it.
It goes to work.
Approved lessons compile into the graph the agents build with. From that moment on, your knowledge is checking every project that runs through Struxen.
You earn royalties.
Every time your lesson catches a real problem, you earn from it. Teach it once. It keeps working, and keeps paying, long after you have moved on to the next job.
Paid on the Struxen Guild card
Your knowledge earns while you sleep.
Guild members are paid in royalties on the Struxen Guild card. Every time your lesson catches a real problem on a real job, it pays. The more your knowledge catches, the more it earns. Terms are set with each contributor.

Partners are owners.
AI is being built for construction mostly without the people who build. Struxen takes the opposite approach: the builders who help lead the platform own a piece of it. Partners are invited from within the Guild, and they hold equity in Struxen. Not a gift card, not a logo on a slide. A stake.
Review and approve the lessons the Guild contributes, trade by trade.
Review the agents’ work in their trade and tell us where it is wrong.
Shape what the platform learns next.
You deserve a share of what your knowledge builds. Terms are worked out directly with each Partner.
Become a Guild member.
It takes two steps. Your name and email, then a short conversation with Stone about what you know. We review every submission and let you know where you stand.
