For Builders, By Builders.

The agents are trained by a community of working builders.

Introducing

Autonomous build review

It builds your project the way a field team would. The build is the review.

Vantage reads your full set and builds the project in 3D. First the site, then the structure, then the trades, so it catches what no single sheet reveals.

VANTAGE builds and finds what is wrong. STRUX answers, checks, and tracks everything else.

What makes it different

The agents build like real builders, because real builders train them.

The Struxen Guild is a community of working builders who contribute their field knowledge.

Whenever an agent uses something they contributed, they earn royalties.

We believe AI should amplify human knowledge, and the people who contribute it deserve to share in what it earns.

Their knowledge is built into one connected network.

That network is the Struxen Lattice. The more builders who join, the more it catches.

Advised by real builders. Always growing.

On the left, three experienced builders in hard hats. In the center, their shared field knowledge shown as a glowing network. On the right, the Vantage agents assembling a building under construction.
Found after the fact

Everyone read the set and missed what Vantage found.

These came from real, finished jobs. Vantage reviewed the same documents the teams already had, after the fact, and surfaced what everyone missed. Nothing new was added; the answer was in the drawings the whole time.

  1. $1M+Engineering math · Mechanical

Ductwork sized too small for the design airflow: friction losses the system could never overcome.

A commercial project. Caught two years and one full duct replacement too late.

  2. $100K+Cross-discipline · Civil ↔ Plumbing

The plumbing invert disagreed with the civil invert at the handoff point. The line couldn’t reach the city sewer by gravity.

An event center. The fix was a lift station nobody bid.

  3. $200K+Cross-reference · Civil ↔ Mechanical

Civil labeled the hydronic lines supply-return; mechanical labeled them return-supply.

A higher-ed building. Found at system startup.

For the contractor

Whatever the source, the delay and the rework land on the contractor. Once it is built, the GC answers for every problem on the job.

Questions

Answers before you ask.

  • No. Struxen reads your PDF drawing set, specs, and submittals as they are.

  • Findings start appearing within the first few minutes, and keep coming as the agents build your entire project.

  • Flagged on the drawing and pushed to Autodesk Forma, with your team in the loop.

  • Yes. Your documents stay yours and are never used to train shared models.

  • An $800/mo platform fee covers your organization and your first project; each project adds compute sized to its value. See pricing

Justin K Schaad, Founder and CEO of Struxen, Inc.

From the founder

For 20+ years, I watched problems that could have been caught on paper make it to the field. They come from many sources, but they all end up costing the GC in the end. That’s why I built Struxen.

I stand behind it. I invite you to join us early and receive additional founding partner benefits…
