Numbered field reports with weather, attendees, photos, voice narration, and follow-ups, distributed as a draft-then-issue record
Site Visits is the numbered field report: what you observed on a walk, who was there, and what happens next.
Start a visit
Press New site visit. Struxen claims the next report number and fills in the weather for the visit date on its own, when the project is geocoded.
Each entry you add to the report is one of four kinds:

You can narrate an entry by voice. The recording is transcribed after it uploads, so the text appears a short time after you finish speaking, not instantly.
Attach photos to any entry.
Raising a deficiency to the Issues Log
A deficiency entry can be raised to Issues Log with Raise as issue. This works even after the report has been issued, so a deficiency can be raised without reopening an already-distributed report. Raising the same entry twice does not create a duplicate: you are told it was already raised.
Follow-ups
A report can carry its own follow-up items, each with a done state and an assignee entered as a user id.
Draft and issued
A report starts as a draft, fully editable. Issue report sends it to the recipients you choose and locks the report: every field becomes read only except raising a deficiency as an issue.
Reopen puts an issued report back into draft for correction. Only the person who issued the report can reopen it. Issuing again after a correction distributes the corrected version.
Printing a visit
Press Export PDF, in the visit editor's header, to generate this visit's report directly, for a draft or an issued visit alike. The button is disabled until you save any pending edits. The PDF covers the visit, weather, attendees, the narrative, every entry with its photos, follow-ups, distribution, and the issued-by signature. The same report is also reachable from Reports: choose the visit and press Generate. Once you save further edits, press Export PDF again to produce an updated copy.
Troubleshooting
A voice note has no text yet. Transcription runs after the recording finishes uploading. Give it a moment and check back.
Everything is disabled. You are on the shared demo project, which is read only.
