Reports

Generate a site visit report or the final commissioning report, and reach the issues log, review comment log, and checklist and test records, each as its own download

Reports is where a commissioning record leaves Struxen: two reports Struxen generates for you, plus one press access to three registers you already work with elsewhere in Commissioning, each as its own download.

Generate a report

ReportBuilt fromWhat it contains
Site visit reportOne site visit you chooseWeather, attendees, the narrative, every entry (observations, deficiencies, tests witnessed, notes) with its photos, follow-ups, distribution, and the issued-by signature
Final commissioning reportThe whole projectAn executive summary, the equipment register, checklist and functional-test completion, TAB verification, the issues log, document review status, and site visits, plus an appendix pointing at the three companion exports below

To generate a site visit report, choose a visit from the list (draft or issued) and press Generate. To generate the final report, press Generate next to Final commissioning report. Neither report runs AI: both are assembled directly from your project's own records, so generating one does not spend compute credits.

One site visit maps to exactly one report. Generating it again does not create a duplicate: if nothing about the visit has changed since it was last generated, Generate returns that same report instead of rendering it again. If the visit changed since, or the last attempt failed, Generate rebuilds it. The final commissioning report has no single source record to compare against, so every press creates a new one.

Both reports render while you wait. The Generate button shows its own loading state, and the finished report appears in the table below.

The companion exports

Three more records live in their own modules, and Reports does not own or rebuild them. It gives each its own Export button so you do not have to leave the page to reach them:

ExportScope
Issues logEvery commissioning deficiency, open and closed. See Issues Log.
Review comment logEvery document-review comment on the project, including resolved ones. See Document Review.
Checklist and test recordsThe pre-functional, startup, functional-test, and site-inspection register. See Checklists and Functional Tests.

Each opens in a new tab as a download, the same way generated reports do.

Downloading and sending

Every generated report appears in the Generated reports table with its title, kind, when it was created, status, and size. Status reads Generating, Ready, or Failed. Download and Send are only available once a report is Ready.

Send opens a dialog listing the project's members. Choose one or more and press Send to email them the report, up to 25 recipients at a time. The email links back to this Reports page rather than to a direct file link, so a recipient signs in to download it. If the project has no members yet, there is nobody to choose.

Limits

Recipients per send25 project members
Photos printed per site visit entry4. Extra photos are noted as trimmed on the entry, not silently dropped.
SendRequires email to be enabled for the workspace. When it is not, you are told nothing was sent.

Troubleshooting

Nothing was sent. Email is disabled for this environment. The report still generated and downloads normally; only the send failed.

The person I want to send to is not in the list. Send only reaches project members. Add them to the project, then send again.

Everything is disabled. You are on the shared demo project, which is read only.
