Document Review

Review the project's specs, schedules, submittals, and OPR/BOD with a review state, assigned reviewers, and page-anchored comments

Document Review is the project's documents, as a commissioning reviewer needs to see them: the ones a commissioning scope actually touches, each with its own review state, reviewers, and open comments.

A projection, not a copy

This is not a second document library. Document Review reads the same document register as Documents, narrowed to what commissioning reviews: specifications in the commissioned divisions (mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, controls, electronic safety), the full submittal register, and closeout, O&M, TAB and test report, and OPR/BOD/commissioning-plan material. A document uploaded in Documents shows up here the moment it is indexed, with no separate upload step.

Every row shows why it is in scope. A document can be relevant because of its discipline, its own content type, or its filing category, and the register names which one applied. Turn on Show all documents to see the rest of the register alongside the commissioning-relevant rows.

Actions: Assign reviewers, Start review, Issue comments, Close review, and Reopen on a closed document. Reopening returns a document to In review, never back to Not started, because a reviewed document should never read as untouched.

Comments

A comment is written on the document itself, anchored to a page, and carries a severity and a status, the same as any other Struxen finding. A comment can be responded to in place.

Export all comments, in the page header, produces every comment on every document in the register as one document you can send, including comments that have been dismissed.

Export comment log produces the open document's comments as a document you can send, also including dismissed comments.

Troubleshooting

Everything is disabled. You are on the shared demo project, which is read only.
