Account & Billing
How Struxen pricing works, plus credits, invoices, payment methods, and ownership.
Account & Billing
Struxen billing is organization-scoped. The platform fee, active projects, Compute Credits, invoices, and payment methods belong to the organization, not to individual users. Within an org, roles control who can change what.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything Admins can do, plus manage the subscription, transfer ownership, and delete the organization. There is exactly one Owner per org. |
| Admin | Invite/remove members, manage projects, activate and archive projects, purchase credits, view invoices. Cannot transfer ownership. |
| Member | Use projects they are added to. Cannot manage billing or members. |
Manage roles from Account → Organization → Members.
How pricing works
Struxen has one plan. There are no tiers to decode and no per-seat licenses.
| Line item | Price | Covers |
|---|---|---|
| Platform fee | $800/month | The whole organization plus your first active project: unlimited users and collaborators, every core agent (STRUX, ASSETS, the Submittal Reviewer, RFI management), and every integration. |
| Additional active projects | $500/month each | Every active project beyond the first. |
| VANTAGE add-on | $250/month per active project | The virtual build engine, the one optional add-on. See VANTAGE. |
Everything is month-to-month. There is no annual lock-in: scale up as you win work and archive projects when they close.
On top of the flat fees, each project draws Compute Credits sized to its dollar value (see below). For a ballpark by project value, use the calculator at struxen.io/pricing.
What counts as an active project
An active project is any project you have activated for review work, meaning anything that is not archived or awaiting payment.
- Archiving a project stops its billing on your next invoice.
- Activating a project is prorated to the day.
You only pay for the projects that are live.
Compute Credits
Compute Credits are the unit of AI work in Struxen, and they are pooled per project:
- Each project receives a credit allocation sized to its dollar value at creation. Bigger jobs get a larger allocation.
- Every agent run on the project draws from that project's pool. You pay in proportion to the work, never per seat.
- Top up anytime from
Account → Billing → Credits. Unused credits stay with the project for as long as it is active. - A monthly credit floor applies to each active project.
The cost of an AI operation is shown before you confirm it (e.g. before you click Start Run on a VANTAGE archetype). Costs scale with document count, analysis depth, and output length. When a project's balance runs low, Admins and the Owner see an in-app warning and agents prompt to top up before starting new runs.
VANTAGE add-on
VANTAGE, the virtual build engine, is Struxen's one optional add-on at $250/month per active project. AI agents build your project from the drawings and surface the clashes, gaps, and missing details before they reach the field. It is the most compute-intensive work Struxen does, so it is priced on its own. Enable it per project when you need a virtual build review; the rest of the platform works without it.
Bill it your way
You choose per project:
- Per project billing charges each project to a project manager's card.
- Consolidated billing rolls every project into a single organization invoice.
Invoices
Account → Billing → Invoices lists every invoice with status (Paid,
Pending, Failed) and a download link for the PDF. Invoices are emailed
to the org's billing email (set under Account → Billing → Contacts)
on the day they are issued.
If a payment fails, Struxen will retry over the next 7 days and email the billing contact. After 7 days of failed retries the org is moved to a read-only state: projects remain accessible, but new STRUX, VANTAGE, and INGRESS operations are paused until the invoice is paid.
Payment methods
Update card details at Account → Billing → Payment method. Struxen
processes payments via Stripe and accepts major credit cards. We do
not store card numbers on Struxen servers; Stripe holds the token.
For ACH or wire transfer, contact support@struxen.io.
Enterprise
For programs at scale, Struxen offers an Enterprise engagement sold via sales:
- Portfolio and multi-org rollups
- SSO / SAML and dedicated infrastructure
- Volume compute-credit pool and custom terms
Email support@struxen.io with the subject "Enterprise Inquiry" and tell us about the work.
Transferring organization ownership
The current Owner can transfer ownership to any Admin in the org:
- Open
Account → Organization → Members. - Click the Admin you want to promote.
- Click Transfer ownership and confirm.
The new Owner takes effect immediately. The previous Owner becomes an Admin and can be demoted or removed by the new Owner. There is always exactly one Owner.
Deleting an organization
Only the Owner can delete an org, and only after:
- All projects are deleted or transferred
- All outstanding invoices are paid
- All other members are removed
Open Account → Organization → Danger zone and follow the prompts.
Deletion is irreversible. Documents and findings are purged within 30
days; backup retention follows our privacy policy.
Support
Email support@struxen.io. Include your organization name and a description of the issue. During the beta you get a personal response from the team, usually within one business day.
